The Animal Interaction project is built in order to film animals within their enclosures at the Columbian Park Zoo. This project is created to be tailored to the monkey and otter enclosures, which are the main focus for filming.

The shell of this project is a pneumatic bank canister made of polycarbonate tubing built for shatterproof purposes. This project has been split into two separate final deliverables – the otter canister and the monkey canister.

The monkey canister is built to be monkey-proof. Its caps are 3D printed with rubber to withstand drops of up to ten feet. The caps are screwed on to prevent the monkeys from opening the canister.
